Welcome to our very first blog post!
Who are we?
It’s in the name, really. We rent out beautiful beach houses of course! We were actually borne from our sister-brand Perfect Stays, who specialise in one-off, unique luxury holiday homes. We bring with us a collective 15 years of experience in luxury self-catering and know how to create the perfect holiday (because we know how we like to holiday ourselves).
We felt there was a real gap in the market for holiday homes by the beach, and only by the beach. Everybody wants a beach holiday, but sifting through agency and listing websites trying to determine how close that ‘sea-view’ luxury self-catering holiday home actually is to the beach gets really boring really quick.
All of the houses you see on our website are within 1 mile of a beach. So you can close the Google Maps tab and browse for your ideal beach house in confidence. And if you really want to know out of curiosity how close the house you’re looking at is to the beach, just click on ‘Location’.
Where are we?
Currently our collection of Beach Houses are growing in Cornwall. With 422 miles of coast and over 300 beaches, we’ve got a lot of ground to cover here, but you’ll soon find us Devon too.

What makes us so special?
We provide a completely personal holiday service right from the start. We know each of our houses intimately and will find the beach house that works for you. We will be honest. If we don’t think a house quite ticks all your boxes, we’ll tell you, and find another more suitable property.
From the moment you book, and all the way through your holiday, you’ll have access to our concierge holiday planner: whether you want us to hire some bikes for you, reserve restaurants, help plan out a complete itinerary or just research the quickest transport link. We know the area well, we’re here to save you time. Beach holidays are supposed to be relaxing, so let us do the planning for you.
It doesn’t end there either. We’re on hand during working hours to assist in any way we can while you’re on holiday, and we’re available 24 hours a day for emergencies. Don’t think we’ve forgotten about you when the holiday is over either. We want to hear all about your stay, whether you write a review on TripAdvisor or share your pictures with us on Facebook and Instagram, we want to keep in touch and we want you to come back!
