New! Rainer Rocks is a sleek, modern holiday home located in the new Pinewood development, just a few minutes stroll from the famous surfing beach of Polzeath. Newly-built and incredibly spacious, families and groups of friends will love this coastal bolthole.
Wander down the road to Polzeath beach and sample freshly-caught fish, before taking on the coast path and discovering secret coves. After a long, sun-soaked day on the beach, settle in for an evening BBQ on the large decking while the sun goes down.
Spread over three bright floors, you’ll find plenty of space to unwind. Enjoy quality time with all the family while cooking, eating and relaxing in the large, open plan second floor – a space drenched in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and two separate balconies.
A modern wood burning fire is a welcome treat after a windy ramble along the South West Coast Path. Four sunny bedrooms enable Rainer Rocks to sleep up to 8, each simply and modern with deep, inviting beds topped with plump duvets.
NB: Please note that although Rainer Rocks is just a 5 minute walk to the beach, there is no sea view from the property.
Floor-to-ceiling windows take centre stage in this open plan living area, flooding the room with sunlight. An external door provides access on to the street at this level.
Living Room
Relax into the sumptuous corner sofa and take in the smells of dinner coming from the kitchen. The crackling wood burning fire keeps this warm toasty in the cold winter months. Installed with all the modern gadgets, including a Sonos music system and a 42inch TV complete with Sky+.
Dining Area
The 8-seater dining table is set in a glass alcove, surrounded on three sides by the enormous windows.
Kitchen
Overlooking the rest of the living area, the modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a Rangemaster double oven and 5-ring induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. This floor also has two separate balconies with seating for relaxing in the cool Cornish air.
Please note: guests with pacemakers should avoid using the Induction Hob as this can interfere with the device.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is complete with a sumptuous king size bed and enjoys its very own en-suite with bath tub and shower.
Bedroom Two
A versatile room offering the option of a super king bed or zip and link, providing flexibility for your party. This bedroom effectively has dedicated use of the Family Bathroom on this floor.

Complete with a PS4 and flat screen TV, we can take a guess as to who might like this light and airy twin room. Bi-fold doors pull back to lead out to the enclosed decking.

This king size bedroom enjoys private access onto the front enclosed deck. Wake up, slide back the bi-fold doors and start the day taking in the fresh Cornish sea air.
Family Bathroom
The first floor bathroom effectively serves these two bedrooms. Fitted with a wet room-style shower, it’s perfect for showering straight off the beach.

There are two dedicated parking spaces for Rainer Rocks; one is in the ground floor car park, the other is next door, a short walk away.
Decked Area
A spacious decked area to the rear of the property provides a great place to enjoy evening meals in the sun, complete with a charcoal BBQ.
Shared Garden
Rainer Rocks enjoys a large shared grassy garden with beautiful views across Polzeath Beach. This is a maintained area, planted with wild-flowers and trees and offering a perfect picnic spot in the sun.
Polzeath Beach
Polzeath Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the north coast, with many families holiday here year after since they were children. It’s clear to see why when you arrive and see the large golden sands and crystal blue sea. The surf is generally good and doesn’t usually get too big, making it great for learners.

Sea Kayaking
With the beach, ocean and miles of countryside on your doorstep, there’s no shortage of activities to occupy you during your holiday. Learn to surf or SUP, or simply hire the equipment out. Coasteering and Kayak tours provide a unique glimpse of the coastline and the opportunity to explore hidden coves, secret beaches and iconic harbours.
For the adrenalin junkies, wakeboarding, speedboat charters and water and kite skiing on the Camel Estuary will be your playground. For the land lovers, there’s no end of exceptional cycling and walking opportunities. Whether taking in the South West Coast Path, ambling the Camel Trail or mountain biking one of Cornwall’s nearby forest trails. Whatever you want to do, our concierge will find and organise it for you.
Polzeath Beach
Polzeath Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Cornwall, if not the UK. Great for families and learning to surf, it’s lifeguarded throughout the peak seasons. There is a dog ban during the peak season, but follow the South West Coast Path round to neighbouring dog friendly Daymer Bay, an enormous expanse of sand lapped by the Camel Estuary.
If you’re feeling particularly energetic you can follow the coast path round to Rock where there are plenty of pubs serving great local food.
Fish & Chips from The Point
Holidays are all about the food and drink, and there’s no better place than the north coast of Cornwall to indulge in the freshest produce. Polzeath has lots of great pubs, restaurants and cafes, all within a short walk. Surfside and Decksteppers are great for coming off the beach for lunch or a relaxed dinner in the evening. The Oystercatcher is a popular pub with plenty of outside seating and serving local ales.
Rock is just a 5 minute drive away and is known for its selection of great pubs and restaurants overlooking the Camel Estuary. From here you can hop on the water taxi and visit Padstow for the ultimate in fresh Cornish produce. For a really special night, Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 in Padstow is a must.

Every guest staying with us has access to our very popular complimentary concierge services so that we can help you with local information or book things for you. The items below are just some of things that we can organise for your stay but please call our concierge team for more help and ideas!
We can offer a whole range of additional housekeeper services to suit your requirements. If you are looking for daily or regular housekeeping during your stay, or perhaps more frequent linen and towel changes, then this can normally be provided by our housekeeping partners.
There will be a local service charge to pay to the housekeeping company although our concierge team can organise this for you. n.b. Some housekeeping companies do not always work on Sundays and have a minimum service time.
Babysitting or childcare can be a very important part of a stay, particularly if you would like to go to a great fine dining restaurant or maybe spend a day doing activities that aren’t so child friendly.
We have access to a number of childcare professionals or local babysitters that live locally to all of our properties. n.b. Due to insurance reasons, we only pass on names and numbers and leave you to make the final decision on who to employ.
If you would like to do any cycling during your stay, we can organise bike hire for you. We can arrange to have a range of bikes and accessories delivered to the house, or if you want to just turn up somewhere and cycle, we can arrange for them to be dropped off and collected from any location in Cornwall.
If you would like to hire surf boards, stand-up paddle boards or kayaks during your stay, we can organise this for you. Surfing is the ultimate holiday sport and kayaking is a great way to explore the beautiful coastline or waterways near your holiday home.
We strongly recommend that you always obtain professional lessons before ever taking to the water, which we can also organise for you.
Whether its a private boat charter to enjoy a relaxing afternoon exploring the coastline, a day out at sea to catch some big fish for your tea, or a high speed ride on a rib searching for wildlife, we can arrange it for you!
Why not try a bread making class in the luxury of your Beach House. A chef tutor will visit the house with all the necessary ingredients and equipment, and teach you how to make delicious fresh bread or work with you on how to master a particular type of bread. The great thing about learning within one of our houses is that not only is there no travelling, its a much more personal experience. n.b. Chef Prepared Dinners is a very flexible bespoke food service. The way that it works is that you discuss what food you would like with one of our partner chefs, they prepare it and then deliver it to you on the agreed day, together with cooking instructions!
All you have to do is turn on the cooker for items that need cooking, follow a few simple instructions and then hey presto, a gourmet banquet is on the table! As well as gourmet food, you can also order simple homemade dishes as well.
Our concierge team can recommend the best restaurants in the area to help you get the most out of your stay and we’ll even take care of all of the reservations for you too.
Let us know where you would like to go and we can take all of the hassle out of organising your group and make those all important bookings on your behalf. We have great connections with all of the local restaurants so where possible we will make sure you get the best table and that all your needs are catered for.
If you are bringing the family dog away on holiday with you to one of our dog friendly properties and you want go somewhere for the day/evening that does not permit dogs, we can organise a dog sitter to look after your dog and keep it company while you are out!

The Pop up Restaurant is a really novel catering experience and isn’t just limited to the grounds of the house that you are staying in, you can have a pop up personal restaurant anywhere! Think romantic meal for two on a beach or surprise dinner party in the woods – as long as a vehicle can get close to it, a restaurant can be provided!
You choose the location and menu and our chef will provide the rest. This is a great unique option for a one-off special occasion.
Our most popular concierge service is a private chef. You can enjoy a delicious gourmet experience in the comfort of your own Beach House, creating the perfect evening for a special occasion! We work with a small number of highly experienced chefs that provide food of the highest standard and in addition to preparing and serving, they also clean and wash up afterwards! We can organise chefs for a one off special occasion, a few nights during your stay or even three meals a day for the full duration of your stay.

To save space in the car, allow us to stock the wine fridge up for your arrival. We work with a small number of local wine merchants who will deliver to your Beach House or work with our local services company to get the deliveries to you.
As well as being a space and time saving service, it can also give you greater access to locally made wines and spirits which you may not have come across before.
If you decide to fly or get the train to your holiday home destination we can help to organise car hire for your stay to help you explore the local area. We can also book taxis for transfers to and from the airport/train station, as well as booking taxis to get you to and from your dinner reservations or anywhere else you like.

Our concierge team can advise on where you can find all the best local watersport activities available such as stand up paddleboarding, jet skis, kayaking, coasteering, waterskiing, wakeboarding, ringos, sailing, powerboat courses and much more.

Delicious Wood Fired Pizzas take on average just 90 seconds to cook! Our partner chef will turn up to your Beach House (in rain or shine!) and set up the mobile wood fired pizza oven and gazebos. After around an hour, it’s ready to go and pizza all round.
This is a real fun and interactive food experience that can involve the whole family. You can prepare the dough, decorate it with you personal pizza topping and then cook it as well. The wood fired oven is very portable and can be placed in most locations.
