You could easily pass by this simple and unassuming shop. Passionate about staying traditional, they’re one of the oldest ice cream makers in the country. A local favourite, Jelberts only serve one vanilla flavoured ice cream made fresh every morning. But what an ice cream it is! Choose between a tub or a cone and, if you’re feeling indulgent, add a flake or dollop of clotted cream.

Gerry’s Originals in Widemouth Bay

Kook in Newquay
