For any problems that you have whilst staying with The Beach House Company, you will have a 24/7 contact number for the local property manager and a guest information tablet or folder for reference.
Local Property Management
The local property manager is at the end of a phone to deal with any emergencies at the property or to help with any problems should they arise. They will be very familiar with the property and will also have access to a number of dedicated local contractors who can help in certain situations.
House Information Tablets and Folders
Every one of our properties will have a guest information tablet or folder. This folder will have been created by either The Beach House Company or the owner of the property and will have useful information about the property, local area and a list of important contact telephone numbers.
