The Beach House Company invests most of its budget into specific marketing channels to help drive target customers towards our website.

Our marketing and PR channels are always being reviewed by our management team so that we constantly focus on delivering results on a house by house basis. A brief overview of just some of the activities that undertake are as follows:

Responsive Website

You should be able to view and book through our website on whatever you are viewing it on, be that a desktop, tablet or mobile device. This is because we have invested heavily in website technology so that no matter what you view our website on, you will still have a great experience. Over 50% of our web traffic is via potential customers viewing on their phone and tablets! All our photography is taken by professional photographers and we do not restrict the number of images on each property, we simply show what we believe is necessary. Added to this, we always display useful floor plans, local area information and of course our inclusive concierge service.

Internet Marketing

We focus heavily on organic and paid listings and adverts across various online mediums. When we take on a new property and a new area, we plan the specific approach we will take that will give us the best results. In addition to this, we have a healthy database of customers and prospects that we communicate with on a regular basis.

Public Relations

We have our own in-house PR Officer who deals with all our press and media exposure and we retain an external PR Company for specific projects.

Content Marketing

The Beach House Company Blog is very new but we have a forward plan of the items that we will generate and publish throughout the year. This type of marketing is becoming much more valuable as publishing content is becoming king!

Offline Marketing

You won’t see us in many glossy magazines with large adverts as our offering is 99% online. We leave our offline marketing exposure to magazine, newspaper articles and round ups.
