If you already have a house, thinking of buying a house or just thinking about a purchase, we can help you every step of the way.

The following points are a rough idea of what we are looking for in a property.

A Beach House Holiday Home would:

  • Be on or by a beach (within one mile)
  • Have good property facilities that ideally embrace the beach lifestyle
  • Have excellent fixtures & fittings

It must…

  • Be a house, cottage or large apartment (sleeps 4+)
  • Be legally compliant for renting (we can advise on this)
  • Be able to be maintained to a high set of The Beach House standards
  • Have unrestricted Wi-fi
  • Ideally in Cornwall or Devon. (We will expand outside of this area)
