A Beach House Holiday Home would:
- Be on or by a beach (within one mile)
- Have good property facilities that ideally embrace the beach lifestyle
- Have excellent fixtures & fittings
It must…
- Be a house, cottage or large apartment (sleeps 4+)
- Be legally compliant for renting (we can advise on this)
- Be able to be maintained to a high set of The Beach House standards
- Have unrestricted Wi-fi
- Ideally in Cornwall or Devon. (We will expand outside of this area)
